Personal Protective Equipment Information

Public Authority Services (PA), through the MOU with SEIU 2015, has a limited annual amount each fistcal year (July-June) for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), consisting of masks and gloves. Once the annual amount is depleted, then supplies will no longer be available until the next fiscal year. To request a small kit of masks and/or gloves, complete the online Personal Protective Equipment Request form.

Supplies and glove sizes are limited. PPE is distributed once a month at the PA office. After submitting your request form, you will be contacted with a date when you can come to our office to pick them up.
